Le Relais de la Source

Ahlame Buisard, formerly Managing Director of the Bernard Loiseau Group (from 2005 to 2021) has taken over the Hôtel de la Poste since April 2021. She renamed it "le Relais de la Source", with a sustainable project, promoting eco-friendly gastronomy. -responsible with local producers and seasonal products. It has become a mecca for gastronomy, a place of tranquility, relaxation and refinement in the heart of the Côte d'Or in Burgundy.

At the sources of the Seine, in a green setting, just 15 minutes from the Prenois circuit and 25 minutes from Dijon and the prestigious vineyards of the Route des Grands Crus. You will discover a 12th century building, completely renovated in a chic country style, while preserving the soul of the house. The charming hotel of 15 rooms and 2 cottages, on two levels, is a gentle blend of vintage and contemporary."

Reduced mobility room available, pets accepted at an additional cost of €10. Heated swimming pool from May to October.

On the ground floor of the main building, in a warm, wooded setting, chef Yann Zwysig welcomes you to the Relais de la Source restaurant. Taking his inspiration from the heart of Burgundy, the chef offers you refined local cuisine, local with partner producers a maximum of 50 km from Saint-Seine-l'Abbaye, and always seasonal.
